Do I need to have an account to order?

No, you can place an order as a guest.

What happens if I enter the wrong email address?

Please contact us so that we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name and address. However, we cannot change orders already placed after 24 hours.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal payments. You can also pay by bank transfer.

How secure is my online order?

When you shop online with your credit card, all your details are entered on a secure SSL website. Your information is then encrypted, SSL'd and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorised and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

How can I change or cancel my order?

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or reject the order or any part of it at any time after the order has been received, even after the customer has received an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorised. If the credit card is already authorised for the purchase and the order is cancelled, a credit will be issued to the original payment method.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Please note that your delivery address cannot be changed after your order has been processed or shipped. Please use your home address as your delivery address instead of your business address, as we do not know how long it will take the customs department of the destination country to process the package.

When will my order arrive?

The delivery time depends on the location you choose. Once the order has been shipped, we will email you your tracking information the next day, as tracking information is usually available within 24/72 hours of the order being shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs service of the destination country.

How can I track my order?

We will provide you with tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after your order has been shipped.

What should I do if I am missing one or more items when I receive my order?

If something is missing, please contact us immediately.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please understand that there may be additional waiting times during the holiday and sale season.

We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date of order. Please note that we do not deliver at weekends.

Please contact us if you have not received a tracking confirmation within 5 working days from the day you made your payment.
